Cancellation Policy

I understand cancelled and rescheduling appointments happen. If you need to cancel and reschedule, you can do so online or to be sure everything goes smoothly, message or contact me and we will set up a better time. If you choose to cancel and not reschedule at all, there will be 50% cancellation fee and you will receive a refund of $37.50. Please note, it could take up to 7 business days for your refund. Please understand that between traveling, consultations and processing orders, time is very critical in making sure everything is done in a timely manner. I appreciate your understanding.
