Travel Information

Wholehearted Harmony offers on-site services throughout southeast Alabama and surrounding areas, with additional travel available throughout Alabama, Florida, and Georgia by appointment. My goal is to keep travel simple, transparent, and fair while making biology-first care as accessible as possible.

 

Whenever possible, I coordinate appointments within the same geographic area to help minimize travel costs for everyone.

 

Travel Fees

Travel within approximately 30 minutes of my home office is included with your scheduled appointment.

 

For appointments beyond my local service area, the following travel fees generally apply:

30–60 minutes Travel Fee: $15

60–90 minutes Travel Fee: $25

More than 90 minutes Travel fees are quoted individually based on travel time, scheduling, and location.

 

Group Appointments

Travel fees are often reduced or waived when multiple appointments are scheduled in the same location or geographic area on the same day.

 

Whether you're organizing appointments for horses, companion animals, people, or a combination of services, I'm always happy to discuss the most practical and cost-effective scheduling options.
