Every horse is unique, so results can vary. Some may begin to show improvement within a few weeks, while others may take longer—30 to 90 days is most common. For the deepest and most lasting benefits, we recommend allowing the full 90 days. Herbs work gently yet profoundly, supporting the body as it heals, restores balance, and replenishes nutrients that may have been lacking for months or even years. ✨ Consistency is key. Daily use, alongside a species-appropriate diet rich in whole foods and forage, allows the herbs to do their best work. We ask that you allow 5–10 business days for order processing. This timeframe excludes weekends and holidays, and gives us the flexibility needed to source, blend, and package your herbs with the quality and care they deserve.
✨ Because we work with a rotating supply of fresh, organic, wildcrafted herbs—many of which are sourced from around the world—there may be occasional delays due to shipping, customs, or the impact of new tariff laws. While we aim to get most orders out within 7 days, it’s not always possible. We promise to keep communication open and will always prioritize your order as quickly and lovingly as we can.

We currently ship within the United States and to Canada. For Canadian orders, we offer manual invoicing to ensure accurate shipping costs, as USPS live rates can be higher than expected.
