If your horse, dog, or cat has a complex health history or is currently taking medications, we recommend consulting your veterinarian—and feel free to reach out to us directly or schedule a consultation, which will allow us to discuss all matter at hand. We're happy to help guide you toward the safest and most effective herbal support for your animal's unique needs.
- 02Every horse is wonderfully unique, so the time it takes to see results can vary. Some may show improvement within a few weeks, while others might need 30 to 90 days—that’s the most common timeframe. For the deepest, most lasting benefits, we recommend giving it the full 90 days. 🌿 Herbs work gently yet powerfully, helping the body heal, restore balance, and replenish nutrients that may have been missing for months or even years. Consistency is key! Daily use, paired with a species-appropriate diet rich in whole foods and forage, helps the herbs work their magic. - 05Absolutely! Our Little Lotus line is lovingly crafted with pure organic, non-GMO, and kosher ingredients to gently care for your baby or toddler’s delicate skin. We do recommend doing a small patch test first, just to be sure it’s a perfect match. If you have any questions, we’re here to help and ensure your little one stays safe and comfortable.

- 10Yes! Custom blends are a big part of what we do. Every animal (and person) is unique, and our consultations allow us to craft a personalized blend based on current health needs, goals, and any sensitivities. Visit our Custom Blend page to get started or book a consultation.
- 11We ask that you allow 5–10 business days for order processing. This timeframe excludes weekends and holidays, and gives us the flexibility needed to source, blend, and package your herbs with the quality and care they deserve. ✨ Because we work with a rotating supply of fresh, organic, wildcrafted herbs—many of which are sourced from around the world—there may be occasional delays due to shipping, customs, or the impact of new tariff laws. While we aim to get most orders out within 7 days, it’s not always possible. We promise to keep communication open and will always prioritize your order as quickly and lovingly as we can.
- 12Because our products are fresh and handcrafted, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. That said, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us! If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out—we’ll do our best to make it right, whether that means offering a partial or full refund. We’re here to help and ensure you’re happy with your purchase.
- 13Oh no! If your order isn’t quite right—whether it’s damaged or incorrect—please email us at wholeheartedharmonywellness@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll take care of it with a replacement, store credit, or refund. Your happiness means the world to us!
- 14We currently ship within the United States and to Canada. For Canadian orders, we offer manual invoicing to ensure accurate shipping costs, as USPS live rates can be higher than expected. If you're in Canada and would like to place an order, simply contact us and we’ll prepare a custom invoice for you. We’re happy to help you receive the products you love—wherever you are!
