Dogs and cats are carnivores by biological design. Their bodies are built to thrive on animal-based nutrition, healthy fats, and efficient digestive, detoxification, and regulatory systems. When these foundational systems are properly supported, the body is better able to regulate immunity, stress responses, behavior, skin and coat health, and overall vitality.

Our K9 and Feline herbal blends are formulated with this biological framework in mind. Rather than isolating symptoms or relying on one-dimensional solutions, these blends are designed to support the core systems that influence whole-body health — including the gastrointestinal tract, liver and detoxification pathways, immune tone, nervous system regulation, and mineral balance — using whole, unprocessed herbs in thoughtful, intentional combinations.

Foundational Support Comes First

At the core of our K9 and Feline line are foundational blends designed to support digestion, detoxification, nervous system regulation, and overall resilience. When these systems are supported first — alongside a species-appropriate diet — the body is better able to respond to additional, more targeted support if and when it is needed.

While we do offer targeted blends that address specific concerns, they are formulated to layer onto a strong foundational base rather than replace it. In many cases, establishing core support first allows for gentler, more effective, and more sustainable results over time.

Dogs and Cats Are Not the Same

While dogs and cats share certain physiological similarities, they are not the same — and our formulations reflect that distinction.

Dogs are facultative carnivores, meaning they are generally more adaptable and able to tolerate a broader range of herbal support. This allows for more layered and targeted formulations based on age, lifestyle, environment, and individual needs, while still maintaining a whole-systems approach.

Cats, on the other hand, are obligate carnivores with unique metabolic pathways and heightened sensitivity to many plant compounds. For this reason, our feline formulations are intentionally limited, highly specific, and carefully designed to be gentle yet effective. Fewer blends does not mean less support — it reflects precision, safety, and deep respect for feline biology.

At this time, our feline offerings focus on foundational and select targeted wellness support. Additional feline formulations are in development and will be introduced thoughtfully as we continue to expand in a way that prioritizes safety, observation, and species-appropriate care.

All K9 and Feline blends are created with observation-based use in mind. Begin with small amounts, support the body’s natural intelligence, and adjust as needed. In many cases, less truly is more — especially for cats.
