Working With Professionals

Wholehearted Harmony works with a wide range of professionals who support animals and people in their care, including equine professionals, trainers, body workers, practitioners, and wellness providers. In some cases, these professionals choose to purchase Wholehearted Harmony herbal blends directly and offer them to their own clients as part of the care they provide.

To be very clear:

Wholehearted Harmony does not have a distributor program.
Professionals who purchase my blends do not receive commissions, wholesale pricing, or resale incentives, and they are not acting as distributors or representatives of my business.

These purchases are made strictly for convenience and continuity of care — for example, when a professional prefers to have blends on hand for their clients rather than directing each client back to my website individually.

Bulk Purchases & Custom Packaging Requests

When blends are purchased in larger supply sizes, some professionals may request that those blends be broken down into smaller individual bags for use with multiple clients. While the herbal formulation itself remains the same, breaking standard supplies into multiple smaller bags requires additional time, materials, labeling, and handling, and falls outside of standard fulfillment.

This is where the Custom Packaging & Bag Breakdown Fee applies.

Custom Packaging & Bag Breakdown Fee

(Equine & Canine Blends Only)

Standard pricing includes packaging your order in the original supply size purchased (30-day, 60-day, or 90-day supply packaged in a single bag or double bags, or standard short-duration supplies such as 4-day, 8-day or 12-day anti-parasitic support blends (when using both powder & cut and sifted herbs two bags).

If you purchase a 60-day or 90-day supply, or a short-duration anti-parasitic support, and request that it be broken down into smaller individual bags (for example, requesting multiple 30-day bags or shorter-duration bags), this is considered custom packaging and requires additional time, materials, labeling, and handling.

A $4 per additional bag packaging breakdown fee will apply.
Custom packaging fees are invoiced separately prior to fulfillment.

Examples:

• Purchasing one 90-day supply of a cut & sifted blend only normally includes one bag.
  Requesting that it be packaged as three 30-day bags results in two additional bags and an $8 custom packaging fee.

• Purchasing one 90-day supply of a blend that includes both cut & sifted and powdered herbs normally includes two bags (one cut & sifted and one powdered).
  Requesting that this supply be packaged as three 30-day cut & sifted bags and three 30-day powdered bags results in six total bags, which is four additional bags and a $16 custom packaging fee.

• Purchasing an equine or canine antiparasitic blend (4-day, 8-day, or 12-day supply) normally includes two bags — one cut & sifted and one powdered.
  Requesting that the antiparasitic blend be packaged into smaller-duration bags (for example, breaking an 8-day supply into two 4-day supplies, or a 12-day supply into three 4-day supplies) increases the total number of bags and results in a $4 per additional bag packaging breakdown fee, invoiced separately prior to fulfillment.

 

Brand Identity & Intellectual Property

The Wholehearted Harmony name and logo are trademarked and are the protected intellectual property of Wholehearted Harmony.

All herbal blends, formulations, product names, written content, labeling, and educational materials created by Wholehearted Harmony are the intellectual property of the business and are intended to be offered as-is, with original branding intact.

Purchasing Wholehearted Harmony products does not grant permission to:

• rebrand or relabel products

• represent blends as another individual’s or business’s own formulations

• copy, recreate, or reproduce formulations

• remove or alter Wholehearted Harmony branding

Professionals may purchase blends for use with their clients; however, products must remain clearly identified as Wholehearted Harmony formulations. Misrepresentation or unauthorized use of Wholehearted Harmony branding or formulations may result in refusal of future sales.
