Tranquilitea Herbal Tea Blends
Tranquilitea is a deeply calming blend created to support relaxation, nervous system balance, and restful sleep. Gentle florals and soothing botanicals encourage release and stillness.
Available in 3 variations by cup count.
Due to the natural volume and texture of whole herbs, the weight of each bag may vary. A 30-cup supply may weigh as little as 2 oz or as much as 6 oz, depending on the herbs used.
Suggested use: 1–2 teaspoons per cup. Using 1 teaspoon will yield more cups per bag, while 2 teaspoons will create a stronger, more aromatic infusion. Adjust to taste and intention.

I purchase this tea on the recommendation of a friend hoping that it would help with my sleep. In that helping me relax enough to go to sleep. I will say it was a lovely flavor and very relaxing and I think I slept better once I used it a couple nights in a row. However that said it didn't help me fall asleep any faster which is my main issue. I would still highly recommend this tea as a relaxing tea with a lovely Floral flavor. I really love it and will continue ordering it just because it's so yummy.
