Headache Relief Herbal Tea Blend

Headache Relief Herbal Tea Blend

Our Headache Relief Herbal Tea supports relaxation, circulation, and digestive comfort during headaches, tension, or head colds.

This blend is helpful when headaches are linked to stress, nervous system tension, or digestive imbalance.

Formulated with Systems in Mind

This root-cause focused blend supports the nervous, circulatory, and digestive systems, acknowledging that headaches often involve multiple overlapping systems. Herbs were selected to work synergistically to ease tension, support circulation, and calm the nervous system rather than addressing pain alone.

All herbs are 100% certified organic or responsibly wildcrafted, non-GMO, and certified kosher.

Tulsi, Holy Basil:  Tulsi, can potentially help with headaches and nausea due to its anti-inflammatory properties, which can alleviate stomach discomfort and tension, and its potential to reduce stress, a common trigger for headaches; research suggests that the compounds in basil may also have analgesic effects, helping to ease pain associated with migraines or tension headaches.

Lemon Balm: Because of the rosmarinic acid, analgesic properties, and anti-inflammatories naturally found in lemon balm, this plant can help to relax the muscles and release tension. This can also dilate any tense blood vessels, which can relieve headaches.

Feverfew: Feverfew tea may help with headaches and nausea by reducing inflammation and inhibiting the production of prostaglandins. Feverfew is a plant that contains chemicals that may help with migraines, arthritis, and menstrual pain.

Chamomile: Chamomile tea can help with headaches and nausea because it reduces inflammation, relaxes muscles, and can help with stress and anxiety.

Lavender: Studies have shown that lavender aromatherapy can help treat migraines and reduce their severity. Headaches in general: Lavender tea can help fight headaches and migraines. Lavender can help with nausea primarily due to its calming scent which triggers a chemical reaction in the brain that can alleviate feelings of nausea, and its antispasmodic properties that help relax stomach muscles, potentially reducing stomach discomfort and related nausea symptoms; additionally, the scent of lavender can stimulate bile production, which aids in digestion and further reduces nausea.
