Eucalyptus Leaves: The eucalyptus plant is a common ingredient in many aromatherapy products. A bunch of eucalyptus contains chemical compounds (eucalyptol) that benefit the respiratory tract and nasal passageways when used in the bath or shower. Eucalyptus also helps the skin.

Rosemary leaves: Rosemary leaves are considered good for a bath because they have invigorating and stimulating properties, thanks to their natural anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds, which can help relieve muscle aches, improve circulation, and leave you feeling refreshed and energized after a soak; essentially acting as a natural tonic for the body and mind. Rosemary can help ease sore muscles and aches due to its anti-inflammatory properties. The oils in rosemary are believed to promote better blood flow throughout the body, while the scent of rosemary can be uplifting and invigorating, potentially improving focus and mood. Rosemary's antibacterial properties may help cleanse the skin and potentially combat minor skin irritations

Thyme Leaves: Adding thyme to your bath can be used to help relieve cough and cold symptoms, or to reduce anxiety and stress. The antiseptic compounds -- caryophyllene, camphene and thymol -- found in Thyme will guard wounds against infections and speed up healing. In a bath thyme will soothe tired, aching muscles whilst calming and focusing the mind.

Lavender: Lavender is considered good for a cold and cough in a bath because its calming scent can help relax muscles, reduce stress, and promote better sleep, which can indirectly alleviate cold symptoms like aches and pains while the steam from the bath can help loosen congestion. The primary benefit of lavender in a bath is its calming aroma, which can help reduce stress and tension that often accompany a cold. Lavender can help ease muscle aches and pains associated with a cold by promoting relaxation and lead to better sleep, which is crucial for the body to fight off infection. The steam from a hot bath with lavender can help loosen mucus and congestion in the respiratory system. Lavender also has been found to have antibacterial and antiviral properties which could help fight off the cold virus

Dead Seal Salt *optional: Dead Sea salt is considered beneficial for baths because it is rich in minerals like magnesium, potassium, and calcium, which can help to hydrate and soothe the skin, reduce inflammation, exfoliate dead skin cells, and potentially relieve conditions like eczema and psoriasis, making it a great choice for improving overall skin health and promoting relaxation. Dead Sea is called "dead" because its high salt content makes it inhospitable to most life.
