Available in 3 variations by cups. 

Due to the volume of some herbs, the amount of cups could weight as little as 2 oz or as much a 6 oz, more or in between. 

When you see 1 -2 tsp per cup, please know that 1 tsp spoon will get you more cups of tea, but 2 tsp will give more flavor, unless specified teaspoon amount.

Sage is also known as the "mouth and throat" plant because it can help with mouth inflammation and bad breath. Sage's anti-inflammatory properties can help reduce swelling in the throat and mouth and it's expectorant properties can help loosen and remove mucus from the airways. Sage also can help strengthen the immune system and contribute to a faster recovery from cold symptoms. Sage is also used in dentistry to treat pain, inflammation, and bad breath. Sage has antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral activity. Sage may have anticancer properties. Sage tea should not be consumed when pregnant or breastfeeding.

Ginger Root: helps with a spastic cough because it has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that can reduce inflammation in the respiratory tract. This can help soothe the throat, ease irritation, and break down mucus. 

Cinnamon: Cinnamon may act as an expectorant, making it easier to cough up mucus and clear your airways. Compounds in cinnamon might help open up airways, which could relieve shortness of breath.
