Personalized Wellness Services

Every journey with Wholehearted Harmony begins by understanding the whole picture—not just symptoms.

Whether you're seeking support for a horse, your companion animal, or yourself, every recommendation is guided by a biology-first philosophy that honors the body's innate design and the interconnected nature of living systems.

Every horse, companion animal, and person has a unique biological story.

A personalized consultation is often the best place to begin. Together, we'll explore your concerns, review health history, nutrition, lifestyle, and goals, and determine the most appropriate next steps. Depending on your situation, recommendations may include education, PIM™, herbal support, specialized hands-on care, or a combination of approaches designed specifically for you.

Phytosomatic Integration Method™ (PIM)

The Wholehearted Harmony® Phytosomatic Integration Method™ is my proprietary biology-first assessment methodology developed through decades of observation, advanced herbal education, and whole-system thinking.

Using carefully selected botanical cues alongside biological observation, nervous system awareness, and individualized assessment, PIM helps reveal the body's biological priorities so recommendations are guided by communication rather than assumptions.

Equine Integrative Bodywork

Movement reflects biology.

Rather than relying on forceful techniques or symptom-focused care, each session follows the horse's nervous system, supporting regulation, movement, comfort, and the body's natural ability to reorganize.

Bodywork is never viewed as a standalone solution. It is one piece of a whole-body approach that works alongside nutrition, biological support, and individualized care to encourage lasting change.

Birth Transition & Somatic Release

Birth is the first major physical experience every horse encounters. Difficult births, prolonged deliveries, assisted foalings, or subtle birth stress can leave lasting patterns within the nervous system and body. This gentle, integrative approach helps identify and release those patterns, supporting improved comfort, movement, regulation, and overall function. Although ideal for newborn foals, many older horses continue carrying unresolved birth-related restrictions into adulthood and may also benefit from this work.

Not Sure Where to Begin?

You don't need to know which service is right for you before reaching out. Every situation is different, and we'll determine the most appropriate place to begin together. Whether you're seeking support for a horse, your companion animal, or yourself, the goal is always the same: understanding the body's biological story before deciding how best to support it.
