PROFESSIONAL LICENSE & PRACTICE AGREEMENT

Certified PIM Equine Assessment Specialist™

Please read this agreement carefully before signing. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the professional standards, responsibilities, and limitations associated with becoming a Certified PIM Equine Assessment Specialist™.

Professional License

Successful completion of the Certified PIM Equine Assessment Specialist™ Certification grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable professional license to perform the standardized Phytosomatic Integration Method™ (PIM) Equine Assessment as taught within this certification.

Certification authorizes you to:

Perform the standardized PIM Equine Assessment.
Use the official PIM Assessment Kit™ according to the established protocol.
Present herbs according to the standardized assessment procedure.
Observe and document biological and somatic responses.
Gather horse history, environmental information, and other relevant observations.
Submit completed assessments to Debbi Baglione for biological interpretation and Master Formulation development.
Represent yourself as a Certified PIM Equine Assessment Specialist™ while your certification remains in good standing.

Certification does not transfer ownership of the Phytosomatic Integration Method™, educational materials, assessment protocols, formulation process, trademarks, or any intellectual property belonging to Debbi Baglione or Wholehearted Harmony®.

Scope of Practice

As a Certified PIM Equine Assessment Specialist™, I understand that my professional role is limited to standardized assessment, observation, documentation, and communication.

I understand that I am not authorized to:

Diagnose disease or medical conditions.
Recommend or prescribe veterinary treatment.
Interpret biological assessment findings.
Formulate herbal blends or recommend custom herbal formulations.
Alter or modify the standardized PIM assessment protocol.
Teach, reproduce, license, or certify others in the Phytosomatic Integration Method™ without written authorization.
Represent myself as the creator, owner, biological interpreter, or herbal formulator of the methodology.

All biological interpretation and every Master Formulation remain the exclusive responsibility of Debbi Baglione.

Assessment Submission

Every completed PIM Equine Assessment must be submitted directly to Debbi Baglione for biological interpretation and Master Formulation development.

Completed assessments shall include, when applicable:

Standardized assessment documentation.
Herb response records.
Intake information.
Observational notes.
Relevant owner comments.
Any additional information that may contribute to understanding the horse's biological picture.

Assessments must be submitted electronically by email or text message.

Certified Specialists may not independently interpret assessment findings, recommend herbal protocols, communicate biological conclusions, or formulate blends based upon assessment results.

Questions from clients regarding biological interpretation, formulation decisions, or recommendations beyond the standardized assessment process shall be referred directly to Debbi Baglione.

Professional Standards

As a Certified PIM Equine Assessment Specialist™, I agree to:

Perform every assessment according to the standardized PIM protocol.
Observe objectively without allowing personal assumptions or bias to influence documentation.
Collect complete and accurate information from the horse owner.
Submit honest, thorough, and timely assessment documentation.
Represent the methodology professionally and accurately.
Maintain client confidentiality.
Treat every horse with patience, professionalism, and respect.
Work within the professional boundaries established by this certification.
Clearly communicate my role as the Assessment Specialist while recognizing that biological interpretation and formulation remain the responsibility of Debbi Baglione.

Independent Professional Status

Certification does not establish an employment relationship with Debbi Baglione or Wholehearted Harmony®. Certified Specialists operate as independent professionals and are solely responsible for their own scheduling, pricing, taxes, insurance, travel expenses, business operations, and client relationships.

Wholehearted Harmony® does not guarantee referrals, income, or assessment opportunities.

Intellectual Property

I acknowledge that the Phytosomatic Integration Method™, PIM Assessment Kit™, educational materials, manuals, videos, worksheets, assessment forms, protocols, trademarks, logos, graphics, and all related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Debbi Baglione and Wholehearted Harmony®.

I agree that I will not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute certification materials.
Share course content with uncertified individuals.
Teach or reproduce the methodology.
Develop derivative educational programs based upon PIM.
Reverse engineer or commercially reproduce the methodology.
Allow uncertified individuals access to proprietary assessment materials.

These obligations remain in effect even if my certification is suspended, revoked, or voluntarily terminated.

Suspension or Revocation

Wholehearted Harmony® reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke certification for reasons including, but not limited to:

Practicing outside the authorized scope of certification.
Misrepresenting the methodology.
Unauthorized biological interpretation or formulation.
Unauthorized teaching or reproduction of PIM.
Misuse of trademarks or intellectual property.
Fraudulent, unethical, or unprofessional conduct.
Conduct that damages the integrity or reputation of the Phytosomatic Integration Method™.

Upon suspension or revocation, I agree to immediately discontinue representing myself as a Certified PIM Equine Assessment Specialist™, cease use of all certification marks and branding, and discontinue use of proprietary materials as directed by Wholehearted Harmony®. Proprietary materials designated by Wholehearted Harmony® shall be returned or permanently destroyed if return is not practical.

Certification Requirements

Certification will be awarded only after successful completion of:

All required educational lessons and modules.
Required quizzes and examinations.
Required case studies and practical assessments.
Final certification examination.
Acceptance of this Professional License & Practice Agreement.

Wholehearted Harmony® reserves the right to withhold certification until all requirements have been successfully completed.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Professional

License & Practice Agreement prior to enrolling in the PIM™ Equine Assessment Specialist Certification Course.

I understand the scope of my certification, my professional responsibilities, and the limitations associated with the Phytosomatic Integration Method™.

I understand that certification grants me permission to perform standardized PIM Equine Assessments only and does not grant ownership of the methodology, interpretation rights, formulation rights, teaching rights, or any intellectual property associated with the Phytosomatic Integration Method™.
