Peppermint: Peppermint can help with nausea and upset stomach because it contains menthol, a compound with muscle-relaxing properties that can soothe the muscles in the gastrointestinal tract, reducing spasms and discomfort associated with nausea; essentially calming the stomach by easing muscle contractions and helping gas pass more easily.
Dill Leaf & Seeds: Dill tea may help with nausea and an upset stomach because dill has medicinal properties that can relieve digestive issues.
