Grapeseed Oil: Grape seed extract (GSE) can help wounds heal faster and improve their appearance. GSE contains proanthocyanidins that trigger the release of growth factors in the skin, which helps wounds heal. Grapeseed oil contains vitamin E and omega-6 fatty acids, which can help improve skin elasticity. It can help keep skin hydrated and reduce dryness. Grapeseed oil has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties that can help with wound healing and antioxidants that can help protect skin from environmental damage. It is also non-comedogenic, meaning it doesn't clog pores, making it suitable for all skin types.

Cayenne Powder: Capsaicin, the active ingredient found in cayenne peppers, is commonly used topically in creams, gels, or patches to help relieve pain in muscles, nerves, and joints, particularly for conditions like arthritis, muscle strains, and nerve damage (neuralgia), by affecting the pain signals sent to the brain through nerve cells in the skin; essentially creating a warming sensation that blocks pain perception. When applied to the skin, capsaicin depletes a substance called "substance P", which plays a role in transmitting pain signals to the brain, leading to reduced pain perception.

Arnica Oil: Arnica is used topically for a wide range of conditions, including bruises, sprains, muscle aches, wound healing, superficial phlebitis, joint pain, inflammation from insect bites, and swelling from broken bones. More recent studies suggest it may also be helpful in the treatment of burns.

Calendula Oil: can help with body soreness by reducing pain and inflammation from sprains, strains, bruises, and other injuries: Anti-inflammatory: Calendula oil contains flavonoids, a plant compound that reduces swelling, pain, and inflammation.

Peppermint Essential Oil: Peppermint essential oil helps with muscle and joint pain primarily due to its menthol content, which creates a cooling sensation that can numb pain, along with its analgesic (pain-relieving), anti-inflammatory, and antispasmodic properties, allowing it to soothe sore muscles and joints by reducing inflammation and muscle spasms.

Ginger Root Essential Oil: Ginger root essential oil can help with muscle and joint pain primarily due to its potent anti-inflammatory properties, which work by inhibiting the production of inflammatory chemicals like prostaglandins, effectively reducing pain and swelling in affected areas; this mechanism is similar to how nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) work, making ginger a natural alternative for pain relief. The active compounds in ginger, particularly gingerols and shogaols, are responsible for its anti-inflammatory effects. Ginger can inhibit the COX enzymes (cyclooxygenase), which are involved in the production of prostaglandins, key contributors to inflammation and pain.

Frankicense Essential Oil: Frankincense oil is an essential oil that comes from the resin of the Boswellia tree. Research suggests that frankincense can improve arthritis symptoms. Frankincense has anti-inflammatory properties. It may prevent the production of inflammatory substances in the joints.
