Mineral & Tissue Nourishment Herbal Tea

Mineral & Tissue Nourishment Herbal Tea

Mineral & Tissue Nourishment Herbal Tea is a Nourishing Master Herbal Formulation designed to provide broad botanical nutrition across connective tissues, the nervous system, digestive physiology, reproductive tissues, circulation, and whole-body mineral and antioxidant status.

Long-term physiological resilience depends on more than responding to individual symptoms or systems as concerns arise. Tissues continually require minerals, vitamins, amino acids, antioxidant compounds, and diverse plant constituents to maintain normal structure, cellular activity, fluid balance, nerve signaling, muscular function, circulation, and repair. Nourishing that terrain provides a foundation upon which more targeted herbal support can be used when genuinely needed.

This formulation is centered around raspberry leaf and nettle, two deeply nutritive herbs traditionally valued for their rich mineral and phytonutrient profiles. Raspberry leaf contributes particular affinity for connective and reproductive tissues while providing tannins, flavonoids, ellagitannins, and naturally occurring minerals. Nettle broadens the nutritional foundation with minerals, carotenoids, chlorophyll, vitamins, amino acids, flavonoids, and other plant compounds important to whole-body nourishment. Lemon balm extends the formulation into digestive and nervous-system physiology through its aromatic and polyphenol-rich chemistry, while rose petals contribute additional flavonoids, carotenoids, phenolic compounds, antioxidants, and gentle circulatory and tissue nourishment.

Rather than functioning as a targeted mineral supplement or a Functional formulation for one isolated system, Mineral & Tissue Nourishment Herbal Tea provides diverse whole-plant nutrition that supports multiple tissues and physiological processes simultaneously. Its combination of nutritive leafy herbs, gentle aromatics, florals, minerals, vitamins, polyphenols, carotenoids, and other naturally occurring plant constituents makes it particularly well suited to the Nourishing layer of the Wholehearted Harmony ecosystem.

Adaptive and Nourishing formulations work together as the ongoing foundation of the Human Herbal Tea line. Mineral & Tissue Nourishment Herbal Tea may be alternated with the Adaptive Foundational Teas to provide broader botanical, nutritional, and phytonutrient diversity while supporting different aspects of everyday physiology over time. Functional Master Herbal Formulations may then be incorporated when a more focused physiological need requires additional support.

This foundation-first approach allows herbs to be used with purpose rather than indiscriminately stacking multiple formulations or treating every everyday need as something requiring targeted intervention.

Naturally caffeine-free, Mineral & Tissue Nourishment Herbal Tea has an earthy green herbal character softened by lemon balm and rose and may be incorporated into a consistent herbal wellness practice.

Combining Multiple Blends & Teas

Wholehearted Harmony Master Herbal Formulations are not designed to be indiscriminately stacked. If you are considering using multiple blends or herbal teas, please reach out before ordering.

Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus) — Functional Properties: A deeply nutritive, astringent, tissue-toning botanical traditionally valued for reproductive, digestive, and connective-tissue nourishment. Raspberry leaf contains ellagitannins, including sanguiin-related compounds, along with flavonoids, phenolic acids, tannins, terpenes, and other polyphenols. Its combination of nutritive minerals and tissue-affinitive phytochemistry makes it useful well beyond its common association with pregnancy and women's herbalism. Whole-Systems: Supports reproductive tissues, connective tissues, gastrointestinal tone, muscular physiology, vascular integrity, and antioxidant defenses. Its mineral-rich profile also contributes to the nutritional foundation required for normal nerve, muscle, and cellular function. Vitamins & Minerals: Naturally provides calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, manganese, and other mineral constituents, along with vitamin C and additional naturally occurring micronutrients.

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) — Functional Properties: A gentle aromatic nervine and digestive botanical traditionally valued for supporting nervous-system regulation and healthy digestive tone. Lemon balm is rich in rosmarinic acid and other hydroxycinnamic acids, flavonoids, tannins, triterpenes, and aromatic compounds including citronellal, neral, and geranial. Whole-Systems: Provides overlapping support to nervous-system, digestive, cardiovascular, and antioxidant physiology. Its combination of aromatic constituents and polyphenols allows it to contribute both gentle nervous-system nourishment and broader cellular protection within this mineral- and tissue-centered formulation. Vitamins & Minerals: Contains naturally occurring mineral constituents including calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, and other trace elements. Lemon balm is valued primarily for its polyphenols, flavonoids, and aromatic phytochemistry rather than as a concentrated source of vitamins.

Rose Petals (Rosa spp.) — Functional Properties: A polyphenol- and pigment-rich floral botanical traditionally valued for gentle astringent, digestive, circulatory, tissue-supportive, and nervine qualities. Rose petals contain flavonoids, anthocyanins, carotenoids, phenolic acids, tannins, and aromatic volatile compounds. Whole-Systems: Contributes antioxidant nourishment across vascular, connective, digestive, mucosal, and nervous-system tissues while providing gentle toning and circulatory support. Its phytochemical diversity adds considerably more to the formulation than fragrance or flavor alone. Vitamins & Minerals: Naturally provides vitamin C and carotenoid compounds, together with calcium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, and other naturally occurring mineral constituents.

Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica) — Functional Properties: One of the most nutritionally dense leafy botanicals used in Western herbalism. Nettle contains chlorophyll, carotenoids, flavonoids including rutin and kaempferol derivatives, phenolic acids, amino acids, fatty acids, sterols, tannins, and other nutritive plant compounds. Its combination of food-like nutrition and broad phytochemistry makes it particularly valuable in long-term foundational formulations. Whole-Systems: Provides nutritional support to connective tissues, bones, muscles, blood and circulation, nervous-system function, urinary physiology, skin and hair, and whole-body antioxidant defenses. Nettle's breadth makes it a central nutritive herb rather than a botanical aimed at one isolated physiological system. Vitamins & Minerals: Naturally rich in calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc, manganese, and silicon, with vitamins including A-related carotenoids, C, E, and K. Nettle also provides chlorophyll and naturally occurring amino acids that broaden its nutritional contribution.
