Lymphatic Flow & Fluid Resilience Herbal Tea
Lymphatic Flow & Fluid Resilience Herbal Tea is a Functional Master Herbal Formulation created to support healthy lymphatic circulation, tissue-fluid movement, immune function, inflammatory balance, and the body’s normal pathways of elimination.
The lymphatic system is responsible for far more than “drainage.” It helps collect and transport excess fluid from tissues, participates in immune surveillance, moves immune cells throughout the body, and works alongside the circulatory, digestive, hepatic, and elimination systems to maintain healthy fluid and tissue balance.
This formulation was built around those interconnected processes rather than the idea of simply “flushing” the lymphatic system. Cleavers and calendula provide the central lymphatic and tissue-fluid support within the formula. Burdock root and dandelion root broaden the formulation into digestive, hepatic, metabolic, skin, and elimination physiology. Astragalus supports immune resilience and adaptive capacity, while echinacea contributes focused immune and lymphatic support within the broader formulation.
Whole-System Lymphatic Support
Healthy lymphatic movement depends on the relationship between circulation, tissue-fluid balance, immune activity, inflammatory response, digestion, and elimination. Unlike the cardiovascular system, the lymphatic system does not have a central pump. Movement is influenced by normal body movement, skeletal-muscle activity, respiration, hydration, vascular dynamics, and the condition of the surrounding tissues.
When tissue-fluid movement is sluggish, supporting the lymphatic system alone may not address the broader physiological environment influencing that stagnation. For this reason, this formulation supports the lymphatic, immune, circulatory, hepatic, digestive, tissue, and elimination systems together, helping maintain healthy movement while also supporting the pathways that process and eliminate normal metabolic waste.
Cyclical Functional Support
This formulation is designed to be used in 30-day cycles followed by a break, rather than as an indefinite daily nourishing tea. The cyclical approach allows more focused lymphatic and elimination support to be used when needed while preserving the distinction between a Functional formulation and the Adaptive or Nourishing foundation used for longer-term wellness.
For most people, Functional support is best used alongside a species-appropriate whole-food human diet and the appropriate Adaptive and/or Nourishing foundation.
A Functional formulation may also be used first when a more immediate or pronounced need requires focused support.
Wholehearted Harmony Master Herbal Formulations are not designed to be indiscriminately stacked. Combining multiple formulations without considering overlapping botanicals, physiological actions, medications, and
individual needs can create unnecessary complexity.
If you are considering using this formulation alongside another Wholehearted Harmony blend or herbal tea, please review Using Multiple Animal Blends &
Herbal Teas in the Educational Library before combining them.

Astragalus — Functional Properties: Rich in polysaccharides, astragalosides, saponins, flavonoids, and other compounds traditionally valued for immune resilience, adaptive support, antioxidant protection, and restorative physiology. Whole-Systems: Connects immune function with lymphatic, cardiovascular, metabolic, and stress-response physiology. Within a lymphatic formulation, astragalus broadens support beyond fluid movement by helping maintain the immune and physiological resilience associated with healthy lymphatic function. Vitamins & Minerals: Used primarily for its polysaccharides, saponins, flavonoids, and other phytochemistry rather than as a significant source of vitamins or minerals.
Echinacea angustifolia — Functional Properties: Contains alkylamides, caffeic-acid derivatives, polysaccharides, and other compounds associated with immune signaling, inflammatory regulation, and traditional lymphatic use. Whole-Systems: Supports the interface between immune and lymphatic physiology, where tissue response, immune-cell activity, and fluid movement intersect. Its role in this formulation is focused within a broader lymphatic strategy rather than as a stand-alone daily immune tonic. Vitamins & Minerals: Used primarily for its alkylamides, phenolic compounds, polysaccharides, and related phytochemistry rather than as a significant nutritional source of vitamins or minerals.
Calendula — Functional Properties: Rich in triterpenoids, flavonoids, carotenoids, and phenolic compounds that support lymphatic movement, healthy inflammatory response, tissue integrity, and mucosal resilience. Whole-Systems: Extends across lymphatic, immune, digestive, skin, and tissue-repair physiology. Calendula is especially relevant when lymphatic support also requires attention to tissue condition, inflammatory balance, and the movement of fluids through peripheral tissues. Vitamins & Minerals: Carotenoids with provitamin A activity; calcium, potassium, and magnesium.
Dandelion Root — Functional Properties: Contains inulin, sesquiterpene lactones, phenolic acids, and bitter compounds that support digestion, hepatic function, metabolic processing, intestinal microbial ecology, and normal elimination. Whole-Systems: Connects digestive and liver-associated physiology with the broader pathways through which metabolic byproducts are processed and eliminated. Its role supports the systems working alongside lymphatic movement rather than attempting to make the lymphatic system carry the entire elimination burden. Vitamins & Minerals: Potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, and manganese.
Cleavers — Functional Properties: Contains iridoids, flavonoids, phenolic acids, and other compounds traditionally associated with lymphatic movement, tissue-fluid balance, and urinary elimination. Cleavers is one of the principal traditional lymphatic botanicals used when healthy movement of fluid through tissues requires additional support. Whole-Systems: Connects lymphatic circulation with urinary elimination, tissue-fluid regulation, and immune physiology. Its affinity for lymphatic and fluid-moving pathways makes it central to supporting movement without relying on aggressive stimulation. Vitamins & Minerals: Vitamin C; calcium, potassium, silica, and other trace minerals.
Burdock Root — Functional Properties: Rich in inulin-type fructans, caffeoylquinic acids, lignans, polyacetylenes, and other phenolic compounds. Burdock supports digestion, intestinal microbial ecology, skin health, antioxidant defenses, hepatic processing, and normal elimination. Whole-Systems: Bridges lymphatic and elimination physiology with the digestive tract, liver, microbiome, metabolic system, and skin. Its prebiotic and tissue-supportive properties broaden the formulation beyond movement alone, helping support the physiological terrain surrounding healthy lymphatic function. Vitamins & Minerals: Potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, iron, and manganese.

Reviews
Thank you so much for my teas - Lymphatic & Blood Pressure Support.
I am trying Lymphatic first - smells fresh & wholesome. Clear instructions on the great label!
I received them earlier in the week; perfectly packaged; dry & intact.
Great package content labels and I love the clear window so I can see the bright 'alive' therapeutic herbs!
The lymphatic tea works. I suffer from swollen toes, and permanent numbness due to a herniated disc and drank the tea for a week (hush debbi 🤣🤣) and noticed a difference! I need to restart the tea and can't wait to see the results once I drink it regularly. It even tastes good lol.
