    This blend comes in 2 bags, one with the powders and the other with the cut/sifted herbs.

    POWDERED:

    Psyllium Husk: decreases glucose response. High in Fiber and benefits the gut microbiome. Anti-inflammatory. Helps flush toxins. Small Traces of calcium and manganese. 

    Turmeric with black pepper: potent antioxidant properties, making it valuable in reducing the inflammatory response caused by excess body fat. Reduction of oxidative stress due to inflammation can allow the horse to become more sensitive to leptin, as well as slow down the progression of equine Cushing's disease. Black pepper has piperine, which enhances curcumin absorption in the body by up to 2,000%, combining the spices magnifies their effects. Vitamins B6, C, manganese, iron, potassium, omega 3's and fiber.

    Cinnamon: helps enable cells to recognize and respond to insulin, the hormone that transports glucose (sugar) from the blood and deposits it into cells. Supports gut health, opens and expands blood vessels, helping circulation. Traces of vitamins B & K, antioxidants, choline, beta and alpha carotene. 

    C/S

    Fenugreek: moves through the digestive tract, absorbing endotoxins and helps to flush them out. Beneficial for a horse with a leaky gut or during a bacterial infection when the bacteria die off to assist in the removal of waste. Vitamins A, B1, B2 and C. choline, niacin, biotin and calcium. 

    Peppermint Leaves: a digestive carminative, soothing to the GI system. It is also a good source of potassium, iron, calcium and magnesium, vitamins B6, C and D

    Kelp: contains 46 minerals, 16 amino acids and 11 vitamins. Due to its iodine content, this mineral is necessary for thyroid hormones that regulate metabolism.

    Nettle: high in silica, which is critical for healthy hooves. A circulatory stimulant and blood cleanser. Rich in vitamin A, B, C and K along with iron, calcium, potassium sodium and dietary fiber. Cleansing and anti-diabetic, nettle will stimulate blood supply to vital organs and in particular to the limbs and feet.
