Suggested use: 1–2 teaspoons per cup. One teaspoon yields more cups; two teaspoons provides a fuller flavor. Due to natural variation in whole herbs, package weights may range approximately 2–6 oz depending on the blend.
Elderberries: contain polyphenols which are a type of antioxidant. Antioxidants prevent damage to your cells that can lead to diseases. The antioxidants in elderberry have suspected benefits such as, reduced risk of tumors, boosted immune function, lower blood pressure levels, and reduced blood sugar levels
Rosehips: All the vitamin C in rosehips makes rose hip tea a great option to reach for when you want to give your immune system a helping hand. The extra vitamin A and E also found in rosehips is also good news for immunity, as are all the other antioxidants that rose hips contain.
Cinnamon Bits: Cinnamon contains cinnamaldehyde, a chemical that has antimicrobial properties and can help fight bacteria and fungi. Some research suggests that cinnamon may help protect against certain viruses, including HIV-1, influenza, and Dengue.
Ginger Root: due to its anti-inflammatory properties, which can help combat free radicals in the body and potentially boost immune function; studies suggest it may help fight off common cold symptoms and provide some protection against infections by acting as an antibacterial and antiviral agent.
