Antioxidant & Phytonutrient Nourishment Herbal Tea
Antioxidant & Phytonutrient Nourishment Herbal Tea is a Nourishing Master Herbal Formulation designed to provide broad whole-plant nutrition through antioxidant pigments, polyphenols, carotenoids, vitamins, minerals, organic acids, aromatic compounds, and other protective phytonutrients.
Everyday physiology continuously generates oxidative activity as part of normal metabolism, energy production, immune activity, physical exertion, and environmental exposure. The body has its own sophisticated antioxidant systems, but those systems depend in part on a steady nutritional supply of vitamins, minerals, pigments, polyphenols, and other plant compounds obtained through the diet. Botanical diversity helps broaden that nutritional foundation rather than relying on a small number of isolated compounds.
This formulation brings together hibiscus, rose hips, tulsi, and orange peel. Hibiscus provides anthocyanins, polyphenols, organic acids, and mineral constituents, while rose hips contribute an especially rich combination of vitamin C, carotenoids, flavonoids, tocopherols, and additional antioxidants. Tulsi broadens the formulation with rosmarinic acid, eugenol, ursolic acid, flavonoids, and other phytochemistry associated with stress-response, metabolic, nervous-system, and antioxidant physiology. Orange peel adds citrus flavonoids, carotenoids, aromatic terpenes, vitamin C, and mineral constituents.
Rather than functioning as a targeted antioxidant supplement or a Functional formulation for one isolated system, Antioxidant & Phytonutrient Nourishment Herbal Tea provides diverse whole-plant compounds that participate across cellular, vascular, metabolic, nervous-system, digestive, immune, and connective-tissue physiology. Its purpose is not to chase oxidative stress as a symptom, but to continually nourish the biological terrain involved in maintaining normal protection, repair, regulation, and resilience.
Adaptive and Nourishing formulations work together as the ongoing foundation of the Human Herbal Tea line. Antioxidant & Phytonutrient Nourishment Herbal Tea may be alternated with the Adaptive Foundational Teas to provide broader botanical, nutritional, and phytonutrient diversity while supporting different aspects of everyday physiology over time.
Functional Master Herbal Formulations may then be incorporated when a more focused physiological need requires additional support.
This foundation-first approach allows herbs to be used with purpose rather than indiscriminately stacking multiple formulations or treating every everyday need as something requiring targeted intervention.
Naturally caffeine-free, Antioxidant & Phytonutrient Nourishment Herbal Tea has a tart, fruity character from hibiscus and rose hips, balanced by aromatic tulsi and citrus, and may be incorporated into a consistent herbal wellness practice.
Combining Multiple Blends & Teas
Wholehearted Harmony Master Herbal Formulations are not designed to be indiscriminately stacked. If you are considering using multiple blends or herbal teas, please reach out before ordering.

Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa) — Functional Properties: A deeply pigmented, polyphenol-rich botanical containing anthocyanins, flavonoids, phenolic acids, polysaccharides, and organic acids including hibiscus, citric, and malic acids. These constituents contribute substantial antioxidant activity while supporting normal vascular, circulatory, metabolic, and digestive physiology. Whole-Systems: Provides phytonutrient nourishment across cardiovascular, vascular, hepatic, metabolic, digestive, and cellular antioxidant systems. Its richly colored anthocyanin pigments make hibiscus particularly valuable as part of a formulation designed to broaden dietary antioxidant and polyphenol diversity. Vitamins & Minerals: Naturally provides vitamin C together with calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, and other mineral constituents. Its anthocyanins and organic acids further expand its nutritional and phytonutrient contribution.
Rose Hips (Rosa spp.) — Functional Properties: One of the most nutrient- and antioxidant-dense fruits used in traditional Western herbalism. Rose hips are particularly rich in vitamin C and also contain flavonoids, phenolic acids, tannins, carotenoids including beta-carotene, lycopene, lutein, and zeaxanthin, as well as tocopherols and other antioxidant compounds. Whole-Systems: Provides broad nourishment to immune, vascular, connective-tissue, skin, musculoskeletal, and cellular antioxidant physiology. Its combination of vitamin C, carotenoids, flavonoids, and polyphenols supports nutritional processes involved in collagen formation, tissue integrity, antioxidant protection, and normal immune function. Vitamins & Minerals: Exceptionally rich in vitamin C and naturally provides carotenoids with provitamin A activity, vitamin E-family tocopherols, vitamin K, calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, and additional mineral constituents.
Tulsi / Holy Basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum) — Functional Properties: A highly phytochemically diverse botanical traditionally valued as an adaptogenic and restorative herb. Tulsi contains rosmarinic acid, eugenol, ursolic and oleanolic acids, luteolin, apigenin, and numerous other phenolic, flavonoid, and aromatic compounds. These constituents contribute antioxidant activity while supporting healthy stress-response, metabolic, inflammatory, nervous-system, and immune regulation. Whole-Systems: Broadens the formulation beyond antioxidant nutrition alone by supporting the physiological response to everyday stress while influencing nervous-system, metabolic, cardiovascular, digestive, hepatic, and immune function. Its role here complements the nutrient-rich fruits and pigments without making the formulation itself an Adaptive protocol. Vitamins & Minerals: Tulsi leaf naturally contains calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc, manganese, and other mineral constituents. It is used especially for its rich phenolic, flavonoid, triterpenoid, and aromatic phytochemistry rather than as a concentrated vitamin source.
Orange Peel Granules (Citrus sinensis) — Functional Properties: A flavonoid-rich aromatic citrus botanical containing hesperidin and related flavanones, phenolic acids, carotenoids, polymethoxylated flavones such as nobiletin and tangeretin, and volatile terpenes including limonene. These compounds contribute antioxidant, digestive, vascular, and metabolic phytochemistry. Whole-Systems: Provides overlapping nourishment to digestive, vascular, circulatory, connective-tissue, and cellular antioxidant physiology while expanding the diversity of citrus-derived polyphenols within the formulation. Vitamins & Minerals: Naturally provides vitamin C, carotenoids with provitamin A activity, calcium, potassium, magnesium, and smaller amounts of additional mineral constituents.
