Powdered herbs:
eyebright: known as euphrasia, eyebright is the absolute go to for all eye issues. This herbs helps heal persistant eye irritation from weeping, stinging, sensitivity to light and uveitis. Eyebright is the ultimate herb for eye health in us all.
turmeric: known as one of the best anti-inflammatory, the curcumin found in the root can treat eye damage ranging from glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration and uveitis. It's also a great preventative for eye health.
Cut/Sifted Herbs:
gingko biloba: This plant regulates blood flow and pressure that can help vision and lower intraocular eye pressure. Gingko is also known to help with, acular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy while enhancing visual acuity.
bilberry leaf: Bilberry has been suggested as a treatment for retinopathy (damage to the retina) because anthocyanosides appear to help protect the retina. Bilberry has also exhibited protective effects against macular degeneration, glaucoma, and cataracts.
amla berry (amalaki): the indian gooseberry, the ultimate antioxident because of its higest level of vitamin c found out of any other berry, has been found to prevent damage to the eyes by free radicals. This berry is known as the superfood of superfoods and helps the whole body on a regenerative level.
