Our Digestive Support Herbal Tea provides gentle, daily support for digestive comfort and function. This blend is helpful for bloating, gas, digestive tension, or general gut sensitivity. Aromatic and soothing herbs promote digestive ease without heaviness or overstimulation. Formulated with Systems in Mind This root-cause focused blend supports the digestive and nervous systems, recognizing that digestion is strongly influenced by stress, nervous system tone, and emotional regulation. Herbs were selected to work together, supporting motility, comfort, and calm rather than masking symptoms.

 

All herbs are 100% certified organic or responsibly wildcrafted, non-GMO, and certified kosher.

Serving Notes

Suggested use: 1–2 teaspoons per cup. One teaspoon yields more cups; two teaspoons provides a fuller flavor. Due to natural variation in whole herbs, package weights may range approximately 2–6 oz depending on the blend.

Chamomile: Chamomile has been valued as a digestive relaxant and has been used to treat various gastrointestinal disturbances including flatulence, indigestion, diarrhea, anorexia, motion sickness, nausea, and vomiting. Chamomile has also been used to treat colic, croup, and fevers in children.

Peppermint Leaves: relieves an upset stomach and in some cases, it has been seen to relieve symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). It does this by causing the muscles of the stomach to relax and by improving the flow of bile, helping food digest and pass through the stomach more quickly.

Ginger Root: Gingerol, the natural component of ginger root, benefits gastrointestinal motility ― the rate at which food exits the stomach and continues along the digestive process. Eating ginger encourages efficient digestion, so food doesn't linger as long in the gut. Nausea relief.

Fennel Seeds: Did you know, in many parts of the world it's common to eat a little bit of fennel after a meal to aid with digestion and relieve gassiness. Fennel has been shown to help with digestion by reducing inflammation in the bowels and decreasing bacteria that cause gassiness.

Orange Peels: The goodness of dietary fibre in the peel acts as a digestive aid that promotes digestion and regularise the bowel movements. Since ages, citrus fruit peels were greatly prized as a natural remedy to treat indigestion, constipation, flatulence and other gastrointestinal woes.
