White Willow Bark: contains salicin, which is a chemical similar to aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid). It is often used to reduce inflammation from tendinitis, sprains and strains, and other minor muscle injuries. Nutritional: loaded with powerful antioxidants, including polyphenols, which can increase antioxidant levels in the blood while reducing inflammation.

Turmeric: turmeric's main active component — curcumin. Curcumin has anti-inflammatory properties, making it a potential treatment for a number of health conditions, including pain, asthma and decreased movement in people with osteoarthritis. Nutritional: rich in vitamin C, vitamin B6, and other antioxidants that reduce the risk of serious health conditions like heart disease and diabetes.

Ginger Root: reduces the activity of several chemical substances that promote joint inflammation.  Nutritional: C, D, B6, iron, magnesium, calcium, cobalamin

The super tr in this blend are amla, ginger and turmeric: combats many infections by stimulating antibody formation and also supports cellular functions. It can help in the prevention of anaemia by enhancing the absorption of iron from vegetarian foods. If that wasn't enough, it also helps in improving digestion, promotes weight loss and eye health.
