Amla has been traditionally used to provide rejuvenation and as a tonic for overall health. Amla fruit contains ten to thirty times the Vitamin C of an orange. Also known for its rich source of nutrients, including vitamin C, amino acids, pectin, and antioxident-rich polyphenols such as tannins and gallic acid. White Willow Bark: White willow bark is commonly used to help alleviate musculoskeletal pain and inflammation, particularly associated with conditions like osteoarthritis, by acting as a natural analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent due to its active compound, salicin, which the body converts to salicylic acid, which is similar to asprin. Studies indicate that willow bark can effectively reduce pain from conditions like osteoarthritis in the joints, lower back pain, and muscle soreness. The salicin in willow bark helps decrease the production of inflammatory chemicals in the body, contributing to pain reduction. People may use willow bark for conditions like arthritis, tendinitis, bursitis, and muscle aches. When consumed, the body breaks down salicin into salicylic acid, which then inhibits the production of prostaglandins, chemicals responsible for pain and inflammation.

Gotu kola is believed to potentially benefit the musculoskeletal system by reducing inflammation in joints and muscles, potentially offering relief from discomfort associated with conditions like arthritis. Reviews
Quick answer, I will never go another day W/O this tea! I chose this blend 1st as I have Lupus & Psoriatic arthritis. My hands bother me the most & after just a couple of days, I no longer needed to wear my compression gloves. I was pleasantly surprised as I thought it would have to build up in my system. I also can bend my pinky now which was mind blowing as it has been swollen for quite some time from the arthritis. Inflammation in general causes so many things to go wrong with our bodies and I’m so excited to see what else improves over time. Tastes great also! LOVE IT!!!!
